The Nexus: Our First Triple Section Home

The Nexus by Bravo Home Builders is the first ever triple section home by Regional Builders Group. This home is pushing the boundaries of what is possible with manufactured housing. The elevation of this floorplan is breaking outside the box, literally, with an L-shape design that adds dimension to the traditional style manufactured home. This article will explore each room and discover its unique design and functionality.

Front Exterior

When you approach this home at one of our Model Home Centers you will see the stone detailing, large windows, massive entryway, metal roof, and varying roof pitches. This creates a custom home feel immediately before you enter.

Entryway

Despite the open floorplan, the Nexus has a traditional style entry way through the glass door with side lights. Regional Builders Group pays close attention to detail with beautiful contrasting beams and interior windows leading to the living room.

Living Room

From the entryway you are led into the design-packed living room. A tray ceiling and exposed beam along the marriage wall enhance the spacious layout. Natural light pours into this room from the three large windows and transoms. At the head of the room is an electric fireplace with built-in shelving.

Kitchen

From the living room, the open floorplan leads directly into a home chef's dream kitchen. An island with a sink and seating anchors the kitchen. Two pendant lights hang over the kitchen island from the tray ceiling adding extra style to the space. The home has matching stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave, vent hood, and dishwasher. For extra style and detail, there is a grey subway tile backsplash behind the range going all the way to the ceiling, and symmetrical windows on each side.

Dining Room

The dining room opens directly to the kitchen and living room. The space is large enough to fit a sizable table to host friends and family. Along the back wall is a shiplap feature wall that compliments the shiplap accent over the fireplace. Large glass sliding doors lead from the dining room to the back deck.

Dragonfly Deck

The L-shape of the Nexus is perfect to add on a dragonfly deck. If you add the deck you can easily escape from the dining room into your outdoor entertaining space. There are separate entrances from the deck into the mud room and primary suite.

Mud Room/Laundry Room

Exiting the Dragonfly Deck into the laundry room where there is ample storage for any on the go family. There is room for a washer and dryer beneath four built-in cabinets. On the opposite wall there is also a countertop with lower and upper cabinets. In addition, there is an outlet with space for an additional fridge or freezer.

Den

The laundry room is located along the corridor between the main living space and primary suite. The corridor is lined with two floor-to-ceiling picture windows. The corridor leads to a powder room and den on the left. The den could be a private getaway for parents, a man/woman cave, a separate lounge area, the options are endless!

Primary Suite

The primary suite is a private oasis in the back corner of the home. The home has four windows for extra natural light. A wood beam along the center compliments the vaulted ceiling. From the bedroom, it leads over to the primary bathroom equipped with a double vanity, walk-in tile shower, and soaker tub. Above the soaker tub is a large frosted glass window. As you continue into the bathroom you will discover a ginormous walk-in closet with ample storage.
